Job Title: Payroll Analyst | Dublin | 3 Month Contract | €40-50k per year

My client, based in Dublin, are currently recruiting for a Payroll Analyst to join their leading payroll team on a temporary assignment. You will gain alot of exposure to financial services payroll and there is interesting elements when dealing with Ex Pats and complex compensation packages.

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with 2,500 payrolls across 4 legal entities
• Cross over in the role between HR and Benefits
• Assisting with employee queries
• A lot of exposure to financial services payroll
• Assisting with Ex Pats and people who transfer locations, complex compensations package e.g. stocks and shares
• Supporting how to administer those types of payrolls

Requirements:

• Irish Payroll Legislation knowledge is essential
• Data Analytics e.g. Pivots v, look ups is desirable
• Large Volume Payroll experience is essential
