Payroll Support / Trafford / £20K - £25K / Permanent

Duties include:

• Support development of the HR, Payroll and Pension services
• Responsible for day to day payroll and pension activities and meet deadlines
• Deliver payroll and pension requirements to audit and management standards
• Work across multiple teams to support development of procedures and documents
• Ensure highly accurate record keeping
• Providing advice when required
• Working on various projects as part of a group
• Create strategic project planning
• Autonomously ensuring objectives are met
• Support development of new business, contracts and improvements
• Mentor and training to the organisation, teams and individuals
• Analyse problems or risks and take action with minimal supervision, or make recommendations to senior managers

The ideal candidate will be:

• CIPP Associate / AAT level 3 in payroll
• 1 year minimum experience in a similar role
• Highly analytical
• Intermediate in Excel
• Keen attention to detail
