Where you fit in…

You'll be joining a developing business within a role that offers flexibility in your approach and method of working.

Your role:

• Maintaining payroll records and spreadsheets
• Calculation of pay amendments and processing statutory and company entitlements
• Managing employee pension workshop and liaising with external consultants.
• Responsible for importing new starters, leavers, amendments
• Supporting the administration of the company benefits schemes
• Assisting the review and balance of the month end payroll as well take part in month end reporting
• Responsible for monitoring the payroll services inbox, categorising emails and responding to enquiries by face to face, phone and email

What you need?

You'll need to be the kind of person that can work as part of a team and work automatously in a payroll and HR environment. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with queries from colleagues, HMRC, pension providers. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a payroll department for an organisation of 750 plus employees.
