A reputable, specialist finance recruitment business based in the City of London is currently recruiting for a Payroll Assistant to join their busy finance division.

You will be responsible for processing payroll for limited company contractors, managing client timesheets, maintaining and updating the payroll and timesheet systems, compiling reports, client invoicing, PO collecting, resolving discrepancies, invoicing, HMRC reporting, and providing audit responsibilities.

Ideally this you will have strong contractor payroll experience, preferably limited company. Suitable candidates must have great attention to detail, be proactive, dynamic and a self-starter. Good interpersonal skills are essential with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders at different levels. Knowledge of Tempest and Giant systems would be beneficial.
