The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with strong administration skills to join a dynamic and forward thinking company. The company will offer you excellent training and ongoing support within a modern working environment. This is a new vacancy due to company growth. As a Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for managing your own workload and will be required to meet monthly deadlines in processing your clients' payroll. You will be provided with full software training and will be given full support in order to become a successful Payroll Administrator.
Duties
- Working to make sure all employees are accurately paid following payroll procedures
- Reviewing payroll reports and issuing the relevant data to departments as required
- Managing statutory sick pay (SSP)
- Processing all personal changes
- Putting together worked hours' report & maintaining employee data on HR system
- Update and maintain employee data on the system
- Provide management and statistical information as required
- Contributing to the annual salary review process by actioning salary increases
- Setting up new employees on to the Payroll Systems
- Administration of employee benefits scheme
- Maintaining the Payroll filing
Requirements
- Payroll or Office Admin experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good team player with positive "can do" attitude
- Quick learner and have the ability to work under pressure to meet Payroll deadlines
- Problem solving skills
