Marks Sattin are currently working with a major Manufacturing & Distribution business to assist in the recruitment of HR & Payroll Project Manager. The business is going through a major transformation project and this is one of several work streams.

You will work with HR & Payroll teams to standardise processes, systems and roles & responsibilities The aim will be to create more efficient ways of working and an enhanced employee experience across the group.

Key Skills;

• Experience of working within payroll.
• Payroll implementation projects knowledge.
• Experience within a manufacturing business - On-site or as a 3rd party.
• Excellent communication skills.
