My Client, a large Independent Accountancy Practice based in Leeds are eager to speak to and meet with Payroll candidates that have 3 - 5 years experience working within a practice.

Ideally we are looking for a candidate who:

• Has practice / bureau experience
• Is able to take on a portfolio of payroll clients and support less experienced payroll team members.
• Is a team player
• Is confident and able to deal directly with clients
• Is organised, reliable and adaptable to change.
• Ideally has experience with BrightPay and auto enrolment knowledge

There is scope to increase the annual salary of this position within 12 months should the candidate excel within the role.

As this is a small team, all members of staff would be expected to contribute to the workload and not be pigeon holed into carrying out the duties of just one singular role. Our clients are keen to move forward in the future into new areas and want to employ someone who has the same forward thinking attitude.

Please note the salary is negotiable dependent on the successful candidate's experience.
