One of the world's leading real estate investment managers is looking for an accountant to join their rapidly expanding finance team.

This role will take responsibility for one of Ireland's most well known commercial developments and the successful candidate will be expected to work with both accounting service providers and external partners including banks, investors, solicitors and legal advisors as part of property transactions.

Specifically, you will review financial information produced by the accounting providers as well as prepare asset management and financial summaries for investors. You will prepare internal project information and analysis, track budgets and prepare/maintain project cashflows.

This is an exciting opportunity to blend accounting with truly commercial experience and will provide the successful candidate with some very unique experience to work on some of Ireland's most high profile deals.
