A Private Equity company specialising in secondary transactions that invest globally with a focus on the EMEA and APAC regions looking for a part qualified Fund Accountant, preferably within Private Equity/Asset Management or top 100 Practice firm to be a part of the launch of their new fund and expansion plans.

Your Responsibilities:

- preparation of financial statements under UK GAAP and IFRS for each fund

- calculation of deal and fund level IRRs and other performance metrics

- dealing with year end audit including preparation of relevant files and resolving issues

- compilation and analysis of financial information

- review and submit recommendations to clients

Your Requirements:

- be a part qualified accountant studying towards ACCA or CIMA

- be educated to degree level with minimum 2:1 and BBB at A-level (or equivalent)

- experience in producing financial and management accounts under IFRS and UK GAAP / FRS102
