A very successful venture capital fund is looking for a private equity fund accountant on a contract basis.

The successful temporary fund accountant will be responsible for managing the reporting of one of the core funds including providing the financials for the funds, valuation reporting, the capital calls and distributions for the funds, preparing carried interest and managemen fee calculations, and working with the deal teams to report on investments.

Only candidates with the following backgrounds will be considered:

- experienced qualifeid fund accountants from private equity houses

- or Newly qualifed accountants from practice who have audited private equity funds

- you must be avaialble to start within 1 week

Day rate: £300-350pd Ltd company depending on experience

Duration: 6 Months
