A leading private equity/infrastructure fund has an exciting opportunity for a fund finance manager on a contract basis.

The Role:

The Finance Manager role would suit a smart, commercially minded private equity controller who is a self-starter and able to think outside the box. You will be responsible for financial control of the investment entities, including management and financial reporting under LUX & US GAAP. You also be tasked with fund accounting oversight for closed end funds as well as data analysis and financial modelling. You will also contribute to ongoing process improvement to optimize efficiency.

To be considered for this role you must;

• Be a qualified accountant with 5+ years post qualified experience within closed end funds sector
• Have direct experience of fund accounting with private equity style investments
• Knowledge of LUX GAAP will be a positive

Day Rate: £350-£400pd Ltd company
