I am working with one of the top global private equity firms who are looking to bring on an Investor Relations and Finance Analyst into their fund finance team in their London office.

The role would cover:

  • Central role in collation of portfolio company financial information, liaising with each of the deal teams, and checking data integrity and consistency.

  • Review of accounting information from Fund Administrator, particularly with respect to LP co-investments.

    * Coordinating reporting to LP co-investors, including liaising with co-investor entity administrators and deal teams to ensure timely accurate reporting.

    * Supporting the preparation of financial materials for investor reports, presentations and marketing materials, including quarterly valuation reports.

    * Involvement in the iLevel portfolio monitoring system including system development and improvement.

  • Being a key member of the team with respect to financial reporting.

    * Responding to investors' requests for information.

    * Tracking and analysing fund and deal cash flows and producing key statistics.

    * Assisting with capital calls and distributions to LP co-investors.

This is one of the best roles this team has worked on in terms of broadness of role, quality of firm and opportunity for progression - the firm in question has an excellent reputation for retaining and rewarding staff, both in terms of comp and progression.

They are looking for a newly qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong inter-personal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset to fit in with the company dynamic.
