Programme Business Analyst required for an international Insurance Company, this role can work remotely full time from Ireland. Experience in IFRS17 preferable or experience an IFRS implementation programme

This position reports nto the IFRS17 Programme Manager on a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for working across the programme with key members of the team and stakeholder defining requirements and documenting processes. You will play a key role in shaping solutions, investigating and being able to clearly present findings and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with senior business stakeholders, explaining complex problems.
• Work with business SMEs to identify and validate the key business requirements
• Contribute to programme planning activities
• Facilitate discussions across the programme to achieve an outcome that allows the programme to move forward.
• Work closely with the products to ensure that decisions being made are aligned across the programme.
• Engage with programme leads to ensure that the defined requirements are understood, are accurately documented and fully meet the solution requirements of the project.
• Work with cross-functional business teams to re-engineer business processes and continuous improvement efforts, being able to map process flows
• Develop and prepare end to end specifications, including creating flowcharts and process maps.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience working in regulatory change data programme e.g. IFRS, Solvency II, GDPR
• Finance and actuarial understanding
• Experience of working at programme level
• Extensive Business Analysis experience
• Expert in Business Analysis structured methodologies and techniques
