Marks Sattin are currently working with a Bradford based listed Financial Services company to assist in the recruitment of a Project Manager. The Project Manager Role will work alongside one of the Senior Project Managers to support the delivery of large, complex Programmes. The Programmes are likely to be of a Transformational or Organisational nature that will require working across Group and a multi-divisional structure. This role will require an experienced individual that will use their skill and knowledge to add value to the development and delivery of a large-scale programme.

Skills

• Previous experience operating as a Project Manager who has worked within a Business Change function or similar environments
• Good communication skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels in an organisation
• Ability to influence and challenge constructively
• Ability to lead & develop a team whilst delegating responsibility
• Able to work under own initiative but can identify when assistance is required and engage senior colleagues to provide support
• Rigorous attention to detail
• Experience of working with project delivery frameworks
• Experience of managing external suppliers of project service
• Create project business cases and manage the associated budget
