A leading FTSE 100 based in Central London requires a dynamic Property Programme Manager to advise the Exec team on the long term Group property strategy. This exciting opportunity requires candidates from a Plc/Blue-chip background with previous Property and Project management experience. This is an exciting role which will support the Programme Director in developing a group wide strategic property plan for covering over 100 UK wide locations.

You will be responsible for:

• Assessing the current and future business property requirements of the group.
• Assisting with creation and maintenance of 3, 5 10 year strategic property plans.
• Maintaining progress and project reports from relevant project leads.
• Identifying trends and future ways of working that will impact the property landscape
• Identifying synergies and opportunities for cost saving across the existing and future state of the property portfolio.
• Defining programmes of work / detailed implementation plans;
• Establishing objectives and providing regular status updates to key stakeholders;
• Establishing key project controls;

To be considered you must have between 3-5 years programme/project management experience preferably in a Plc/blue-chip environment. Previous experience working on property related projects are essential either from a strategic or operational perspective.
