Start your job searchA leading FTSE 100 based in Central London requires a dynamic Property Programme Manager to advise the Exec team on the long term Group property strategy. This exciting opportunity requires candidates from a Plc/Blue-chip background with previous Property and Project management experience. This is an exciting role which will support the Programme Director in developing a group wide strategic property plan for covering over 100 UK wide locations.
You will be responsible for:
- Assessing the current and future business property requirements of the group.
- Assisting with creation and maintenance of 3, 5 10 year strategic property plans.
- Maintaining progress and project reports from relevant project leads.
- Identifying trends and future ways of working that will impact the property landscape
- Identifying synergies and opportunities for cost saving across the existing and future state of the property portfolio.
- Defining programmes of work / detailed implementation plans;
- Establishing objectives and providing regular status updates to key stakeholders;
- Establishing key project controls;
To be considered you must have between 3-5 years programme/project management experience preferably in a Plc/blue-chip environment. Previous experience working on property related projects are essential either from a strategic or operational perspective. You must have the ability to work autonomously and think creatively and be able to influence senior decision makers. For further information please submit an application for consideration.
