Marks Sattin are working with a leading global professional services business in Birmingham to recruit an assured Project Accountant.

This is a new position that sits in a large team of finance professionals and you will responsible for managing one of their most pretigious and largest accounts - £20m plus revenue. In this very hands on role, you will be providing commercial support and business partner a variety of stakeholders internally and externally.

• Manage and complete the month-end close process (actuals and forecast)
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations.
• Help prepare and present the month end reporting pack.
• Drive improvements and efficiencies in the current accounting and back office process.
• Manage invoicing and accounts receivable process within the Account.
• Liaise with third party suppliers and clients on an ad hoc basis.

You will need to be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with relevant experience. Ideally you will have already operated in large organisation with strong communication and influencing skills.
