An exciting Technology business growing through a substantial growth phase is seeking a qualified accountant to join their Central London based office. They are seeking a Project Accountant who will be tasked with overall responsibility to help facilitate the company's growth by helping to improve, introduce and implement new processes. This will cover internal communication on performance as well as balance sheet and process and controls work. This position is due to last 3 -6 months in duration, however there is a strong potential to be extended or enter permanency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for ensuring the integrity of the Balance Sheet and any Balance sheet Commentary. Completion of all balance sheet reconciliations each month, with a proactive resolution of any issues within them
• Manage the budget process to review revenue expectations, maintenance programs and cost control
• Effectively establish and improve controls and processes to manage risk and financial costs

• Production of half year and full year results to report to shareholders including liaising with auditors for review and detailed analysis for senior stakeholder presentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong systems and Excel skills, Dynamics is a big advantage
• Must be detail conscious and methodical in approach
• Able to make thorough decisions when needed, and take accountability for outcomes
• Strong confident communicator
