Marks Sattin is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator / Forecast Analyst on an on-going contract basis. The role would sit in a busy & supportive team and is likely to be extended past December 2021.

The role would suit candidates from a Telecoms / Finance background with experience in using systems such as Oracle, SAP, Dynamics & SFDC. The role also offers full remote working and flexible working hours.

The duties include but aren't limited to:

• Responsible for supporting back-office data processing and forecasting analysis.
• Sales pipeline monitoring.
• Purchase order processing.
• 3rd party invoice validation.
• Quality auditing & documenting process guidelines.
• KPI reporting.
• Forecast analysis.
• Risk assessment.
• Budget planning and executive presentations.

These activities all encompass activities necessary to ensure timely revenue recognition and margin contribution, as well as monthly or quarterly short-fuse deadlines for forecast file preparation and upward reporting.

In this position you will also closely collaborate with partners in the Finance department will have opportunities to interface directly with Global Services teams, overseeing their respective lines of business.

The primary areas of responsibility will include supporting the Professional Services teams based in EMEA.

Skills & experience needed to be considered for the role:

• 2+ years of experience with advanced Microsoft Excel reporting capabilities
• 2+ years of experience handling similar forecast planning and analysis tasks with large cross-functional teams
• Previous experience with CRM systems (such as SFDC or MS Dynamics) is a plus
• Previous experience with ERP systems (such as Oracle or SAP) is a plus
• Previous experience with PSA systems (such as FinancialForce Professional Services Automation) is a plus
• Strong cross-cultural and interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and attention to detail
• Previous Finance or Accounting related experience is a plus
