Project Lead - Content Deployment

A global company, that is undergoing an HR Modernisation Programme, is currently seeking a Project Lead role for an 11 month contract based in South West London.

The main remit of the role is to ensure effective content migration from one HR platform to another.

The Content Deployment Lead role will work alongside Content Engagement Lead and will report into PPO for Content, Knowledge and Chatbot to succeed in the execution of the activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall management and oversight of successful content deployment to the new HR Portal and knowledge management solution
  • Planning and delivery of My HR content to global and country stakeholders
  • Development of the content deployment strategy, working closely with Content Engagement Lead
  • Development and management of the content migration and repurposing plan, including:
    • Sourcing of resources
    • Identification of costs
    • Alignment with impacted audiences
  • Ensure that content migration, validation, repurposing and publishing processes are well defined and adhered to
  • Task management of direct subordinates, including the management of 3rd party content resources
  • Coordination of the training for the various audiences involved in the content governance i.e. training delta to support with migration from My HR to My HR+

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of Project Delivery within the HR domain
  • Exposure and experience of HR products and solutions
  • Experience of delivery on the Microsoft SharePoint 2010 or 2013 platforms
  • Understanding of Knowledge Management, Portal and Case Management solutions
  • Experience of delivery of intra/internet Portals, with a significant volume of content
  • Experience of working in a content deployment capacity, overseeing global / large scale content transition and repurposing activities
  • Experience of change projects including elements of business process re-engineering
  • Strong, confident verbal communication skills. The role would be expected to manage stakeholders up to and including senior management levels.
  • Strong facilitation skills. Must be able to elicit requirements from various personalities across organizational and geographical boundaries and drive consensus across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent project planning, management and coordination skills, being able to manage several activities simultaneously, including developing, maintaining and driving a complex project plan
  • Management of business requirements gathering in a technology context
