My FTSE 100 client, based in Central London, is currently looking for an interim Project Manager to help run a process improvement project around customer service. This will be on an initial contract till the end of the year with likely further extensions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help lead the process improvement project focussed around customer service/experience.
  • Carry out both business and data analysis to support project planning
  • Manage and communicate with senior stakeholders
  • Drive delivery for multiple smaller projects.
  • Work with the rest of the business to make sure the correct resources are in place to manage and deliver the transformation programme.

Key Skills:

  • 3-5 years of project/programme management experience
  • Experience of process improvement and customer experience/journey projects
  • Consultancy background or Tech/E-commerce/Digital industry experience preferred
  • Formal Project/Programme qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication/organisational skills
