Rare opportunity to work for leading company on a part time basis as part of an exciting new transformation. A global client is currently going through a large Service Transformation Programme to define a new operating model. The ideal candidate would have experience working in a Technology, E-commerce or Consultancy background, leading the end to end transformation of the customer journey. Previous experience working on projects within operations and a proven track record of managing project delivery from initial concept through to delivery across multiple business teams is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing project delivery from end to end across project life cycle.
- Working with senior stakeholders to define project requirements and track benefits.
- Managing project resource, risks, issues, decisions and actions.
- Working with cross functional project teams.
- Managing project plan in MS Project.
- Reporting on project progress.
Required skills and experience
- Prior experience as an operations Project Manager
- Highly organised and able to drive action with cross functional teams.
- Strong communication skills to effectively manage internal stakeholders of all levels.
- Flexible and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Experience of project methodologies and governance (Waterfall, Agile, Prince2 etc..).
- Experience with MS Project preferred.
- 3 - 5 years project management experience
