Position: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Location: Manchester
Salary £21,000 per year plus excellent benefit package + bonus scheme

The Company
You will be working within a Purchase Ledger Team for one of the biggest companies in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to work in a thriving finance environment. The role is due to an expansion and growth to the companies Accounts and Finance Department.
Duties:
- Match and coding purchase order invoices
- Dealing with suppliers queries via email, telephone and letter
- Processing VAT returns
- Bank reconcilations
- Payment runs, processing CHAPS and BACS payments
- Allocating payments.
The Successful Candidate:
- End to End Purchase Ledger experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work at speed and accuracy
- Good team player with a positive "can do" attitude
- Experience working within an Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Team.
