A large & vibrant business that are currently experiencing record periods of growth are currently looking to expand their finance team by bringing on a driven and ambitious purchase ledger clerk to join the their faced paced accounts payables function.
As an important member of the AP team that reports into the accounts payables manager, you will be expected to deal with the full end to end process dealing with high volume/low value invoicing; from receipt of invoice all the way through to processing BACS payments. You'll also be counted on to deal with reconciliation, queries and other ad hoc clerical duties on a daily basis.
You will be required to have good attention to detail making sure that invoices are dealt with accurately and in a timely manor. Furthermore, you will also be counted on as a point of contact to deal with finance queries and external credit controllers, thus good communication and telephone manor is a must.
Ideally you will have at least 1-2 years end to end purchase ledger experience working in an accounts payables team environment within a medium/large sized business.
