Reporting to the Financial Director, this role covers the following areas and is based with a preperty business located in Watford.

• Handling of purchase invoices for various companies plus Barclaycard statements.
• Checking of calculations and coding allocations on invoices.
• Input of approved invoices to Sage 50 and Sage 200. Scanning of invoices via wap approval system.
• Performing regular and ad hoc bacs and cheque payment runs.
• Dealing with suppliers, managers and other accounts staff in relation to queries.
• Checking suppliers' statements and ensuring proper reconciliation of suppliers' accounts.
• Liaising with auditors as required.
• Other duties as required, including provision of cover for other accounts team members.
