A brilliant finance team with an excellent working atmosphere is looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to aid the Accounts payable team with day to day responsibilities. They require a candidate with an strong understanding of Accounts payable, Bank reconciliations and transactional finance processes. Who is used to working to under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

The Role:

  • Assist weekly and daily payment runs as well as cash flow forecasts.
  • Responsible for the payment and reconciliation of creditor accounts.
  • Help ensure the finance team targets are met.
  • Communicate with suppliers and key accounts.

The Candidate:

  • Experience of working in an accounts payable function.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Strong IT and communication skills.
  • Previous experience of using SAGE accounts and Microsoft Excel.
  • Full eligibility to work in the UK.
