About the Role

• Preparing financial models providing detailed financial analysis across all sectors of the real estate market including both development and investment assets
• Preparing market leading collateral and financing memorandums
• Assisting on the documentation, transaction and execution process
• Proactively manage all client follow up and information requests
• Working with autonomy and supporting senior team members on high profile instructions
• Participating in internal meetings and/or conference calls to provide updates on progress

About You

• Excellent academic record.
• 3 - 5 years relevant industry experience at a sell-side or buy-side firm
• Experience of real estate finance and transactions
• Experience of financial modelling
• Experience of creating financial memorandums for investment committee
• Experience of real estate and related principles
• Highly driven self starter
