My client is a well-known Real Estate Investment Manager looking to add a contractor to their team for 12 months.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a respected and successful firm in a varied and interesting role.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Producing Statutory Reporting
• Board Papers
• NAV Calculations
• Income Distribution Calculations and Income Tax and VAT Returns for the UK and Jersey Real Estate Funds
• Streamlining and improving processes and procedures
• Regulatory & Compliance tasks

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with Fund Accounting/Control experience gained with Real Estate or Private Equity Funds. This could be either in RE/PE firms or in a fund administration environment. Candidates with Yardi experience are preferred.

To start with, the successful candidate will be working remotely full time but this will gradually transition to a mix of home and office working.
