Start your job searchA leading Fintech business are currently undergoing a migration of reconciliations and liquidity management onto a new TMS.
You will be responsible for the bedding-in of the reconciliations process for both data and breaks. You will also look at the controls to both TMS and general ledger.
You will join the growing Finance Change team looking at a project which supports the development of the reconciliations function. You will work to ensure it operates smoothly and support the ongoing needs of the business.
Some of your responsibilities will include the below
- Experience in the end to end process flows
- Improvement in daily bank reconciliation processes
- Testing of reconciliations
- Documentation of processes and amendments etc
- Internal partnering with other departments in terms of fixes and adjustments
- Production of MI
- Setting up and running the controls across systems
- Assist in audit work relating the reconciliations and breaks where required
You will be a qualified accountant with a background in audit or controls as well as having experience in a high volume transaction background. You will also be someone with in depth knowledge of the reconciliation process and been involved in system migrations in the past. Experience in financial services would be extremely beneficial.
