Marks Sattin is a leading financial recruitment company based in the City of London and we are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our 2018 training programme. We would look at profiles from the following sectors; estate/lettings agent, telesales/canvasser, account manager, cabin crew or any sales background.

There are no expectations or requirements in being familiar with the finance sector - all relevant training and development will be provided where you will be taught how to headhunt, negotiate, win new business and close deals.

This is a full end to end recruitment role focusing on senior roles in a highly lucrative part of the market. You'll be given plenty of training and investment in your career with a clear induction plan in place from day one and the support needed to ensure you get up to speed quickly.

You'll need to be driven, self-motivated, money orientated and keen to pursue a career in a sales based and target driven role.
