Recruitment Manager (Financial Services Compliance) - Will cover Interim and possibly Permanent recruitment.

We are currently seeking a Manager for our Compliance recruitment desk as the business is expanding rapidly.
This would be an outstanding opportunity for an experienced senior consultant already working in the Compliance space who wants to step up to a management role and there will be very good promotional & development prospects in the future. We are open to seeing either managers or excellent billers who have the desire to build a strong business and grow a team.
The Compliance desk would recruit for the following types of people - Head of Compliance, Compliance Directors, Compliance Managers, Compliance Officers, Compliance Monitoring specialists, Compliance Advisors, AML specialists, AIFMD, MIFID II specialists, CASS specialists.
- This person will be an experienced consultant who has either recruited in the Financial Services Compliance space or FS Internal Audit
- Must have a strong 360 degrees billing recruiter background but management experience is not necessary, although preferred
- Must demonstrate ability to acquire new clients, contacts, enjoy doing business development
- Must be articulate and switched on
- Be able to demonstrate that they are hungry, determined with a strong desire to grow billings
- Must be passionate for the industry and desire to increase market knowledge
- CV should demonstrate continuity
- Team fit - level headed individual, who works well in team environment
