Start your job searchI am currently working with a fast paced, leading investment firm that specialises in investment management, risk management and advisory services. They are looking for a motivated, high calibre regulatory and compliance analyst to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well established, reputable firm that operates in over 30 countries.
Day-to-day the right candidate will be:
- Reporting holdings that have reached prescribed thresholds
- Reviewing system reports of shareholdings against trade movements
- Maintaining clear records of all filings and communications
- Driving improvements in relation to processes and controls in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
- Communicating externally with regulators, firms and lawyers
- Keeping up-to-date with regulatory change and developments
The ideal candidate for this role will be a high calibre, technically capable accountant with strong IT skills and experience using visual basic/SQL. They will also have experience working in the investment management or investment banking industry and have experience of regulatory shareholding disclosures.
