Duties:


 Working with fund NAV information to provide submission ready Annex IV reporting
 Review and understand Annex IV specific information to ensure correct data enhancement has been done
 Working as part of a small team to maintain a high level of client service
 Maintaining and updating the Regulatory calendar to capture all reporting deadlines for the year
 Participation in and ownership of ad hoc projects
 Managing and overseeing day to day activities in line with internal and external SLA timeframes - pro-active escalation to AVP / VP of any potential issues
 Manage client relationships in the absence of the AVP
 Working with the billing team to ensure all clients are invoiced correctly and payments received

Requirements


 2 years+ proven experience in a Fund Accounting team or Regulatory role within a fund administration firm
 Some knowledge regulatory requirements / developments within the funds industry
 Strong planning and organisational skills
 Strong communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills
 The ability to work with all levels within the organisation as well as external stakeholders
 Professional attitude and good attention to detail
 The ability to adapt to changing priorities and varied decision-making scenarios
 An understanding of fund structures and the fund administration business.
 An appetite to develop skills and broaden knowledge base
 Good interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with colleagues and clients
 Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements
