A global media and communications agency based in central London is currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their busy finance division.

Reporting in to the Revenue Manager responsibilities will include analysis work-in-progress, managing and approving job codes, liaising with client teams and managing client budgets, checking client PO's match budgets, raising sales invoices, checking correct rates are used and additional ad-hoc duties.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in finance within a fast-moving agency/ service sector. Ideally you will have strong attention to details and good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. You should have a solid understanding of accounts receivable and revenue recognition processes. Ideally you will have strong Excel skills and previous experience using Paprika accounting software.
