RPA Analyst

An exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Analyst to join a vibrant and emerging team with a large global financial institution based in Central London. This role will allow you to enjoy a wide range of tasks, allowing you to guide your ideas into action as an Analyst, RPA Developer and as a Project Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In our hybrid role as Robotics Process Automation Analyst, you can analyse the business and identify automation opportunities. You can configure new processes and objects - and lead the implementation of RPA solutions. You'll support the existing processes but make changes if required. You'll also be:

• Working with business relationship management team and technology teams to analyse and assess automation feasibility
• Supporting the Business and Operational Teams during implementation, UAT and roll out phases.
• Working with project leads on technology platform related issues and provide plausible suggestion for improvements

REQUIREMENTS

You have an enquiring mind that thrives on structured and methodical approaches to a situation. You're adept at presenting complex technical details to non-technical audiences. You likely have experience in project management or business analysis in process automation projects, alongside:

• Experience with leading RPA tools such as Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere or similar
• An understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualise it as an automated solution
• The ability to learn quickly and progress rapidly from theoretical exercises to real world delivery and mentoring tasks
• Experience in RPA solutions would be highly relevant
