Our client is a private-equity backed SaaS business who are looking for a high calibre CFO to lead the business through the next phase of its growth journey onto a successful exit. This is a high-scaling, exciting company that's working in a fascinating industry and rapidly changing market. Potentially, it's a very rewarding opportunity for a candidate with the right experience to lead an innovative, fast-growing business to exit.

The CFO responsibilities will include supporting the CEO and the leadership team and taking responsibility for the financial function, setting up systems, processes and controls as well as building out a successful financial team. Also, you'll be reporting to the private equity team and presenting to investors on a regular basis as well as being a key member of the board. As financial number one you'll lead the business to a successful exit for all shareholders. The CFO will be key in planning the future growth of the company and realising the company vision.

The ideal candidate must have a led a private equity-backed business. And brought a PE backed business to exit. You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA). Having experience in a SaaS based business would be an advantage but not essential. Ideally, you must be highly analytical as well as having close attention to detail. You will also need be a capable communicator, and be able to present to investors and shareholders. This will be an exciting role for someone with a proven track record as a CFO.
