Your responsibilities would include:

Supporting both temp and perm teams, the Sales Operations Analyst will benefit everyone across the 2 locations and will be able to clean up and create far more effective lists and reports. The Sales Operations Analyst would create active lists, create contracts, help to train temps to use the system and chase time sheets.

• Leads
• Collate, track and own the leads process. Daily checking of job boards for live leads
• Send daily reports
• Temporary/Contractors Support
• Create, send and track Contracts for Temps
• Providing support to Temps
• Weekly/month end timesheet chasing
• Candidate Management
• Book candidates into Consultants diary
• Register new candidates onto our system correctly
• Format CVs into our Marks Sattin template
• Ad-hoc tasks such as driving our Social Media agenda through office photos and blog content
