Sales Support Analyst

Marks Sattin is one of the UK's largest finance recruiters with offices across the UK & Ireland. Our London office is seeking a temporary Sales Support Analyst who can provide administrative support to one of our core divisions ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of our internal database.

Accountabilities:

  • Support the division with their internal database, entering candidate information, run daily and weekly searches, track sales activity
  • Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for all clients * Produce client documentation within defined time-scales
  • Handle and solve all client queries in a prompt and professional manner
  • Responsible for running regular database cleaning projects, preparing and targeting marketing correspondence
  • Be the first point of contact to answer and respond to/route telephone enquiries as appropriate
  • Process timesheets of temporary workers and any other payroll related paperwork as well as respond to payroll requests/queries as necessary
  • Support the team with the real time perm placement processes and assist with closing out month end efficiently

The ideal profile:

  • Strong administrative duties is essential with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Ideally has previous experience of supporting sales team and has strong commercial awareness
  • Strong software skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and an ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ideally degree level (or equivalent)

  • Contracted hours 8.30-6pm (Monday-Thursday, Friday are 4pm finishes)
