A London based Oil & Gas "supermajor" company are currently looking for a SAP Trainer with extensive SAP accountancy module knowledge to develop and deliver training content to end users of the new processes and SAP System. This role will contribute to a wider cash and banking transformation programme.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure that Cash & Banking Hub end users are identified and fully supported throughout their transformation journey
- Create training content to support the implementation of new cash and banking processes, and the Hub
- Create and deliver SAP S/4HANA-based systems training to cash and banking users
- Develop e-learning content in support of the new Hub
- Refresh the Training Needs Analysis and prepare a Training Plan in advance of each implementation
Key Skills & Experience:
- SAP trainer with knowledge of accountancy and treasury concepts and terminology
- Experience of e-learning training approaches and tools
- Strong project management, communication and writing skills; decision focused and pragmatic
- Good understanding of business change approaches on large multi-national programmes
- Experience of programme training and delivery
- Experience of managing stakeholders and change networks
- SAP training qualifications or accreditation
