Our client is looking for a Semi Senior Accountant to join their established Accountancy Practice based just outside Reading Town Centre.

The day to day duties will include, but not limited to:

• Monthly, quarterly and annual account preparation for a portfolio of clients
• Complete and file quarterly VAT returns with HMRC
• Dealing with client queries
• Assist in Audit planning and testing for clients
• Ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Preferably be AAT Qualified/Part qual ACCA/ACA (study support can be provided)
• Be educated to degree level
• Have previous experience working within an Accountancy Firm
• Have experience using different accounting software such as Xero, SAGE, QuickBooks or Iris
