An alternative career in Finance.

My client, a regulated financial services group, are looking to hire a newly qualified/finalist accountant to join their Depositary services team. This is a very niche area within finance that was established when the AIFMD (Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive) was introduced by the EU in 2013. It was brought in to monitor and regulate activity on alternative investment funds for example private equity, hedge funds, and debt/VC funds.

There has been substantial growth in this area, and are recruiting for multiple positions including-

Senior Depositary Accountant and Financial Reporting Manager

Your Requirements

- be a qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA) or finalist

- experience in fund audit or accountancy will be beneficial

- experience working with a portfolio of clients

- keen to learn about the AIFMD (Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive)
