Senior Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA

A Senior Accountant required by a market leading Real Estate company, based in West London. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in assisting with preparation of management and statutory accounts and to assist with the year end audit and project work.

Essential skills and experience:

• 3+ years post qualification experience
• Experience of producing management and statutory accounts.
• Ability to work to tight
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and external
• Experience in the property/investment industry & a commercial awareness an advantage.
• Advanced Microsoft
• Experience of Sage Advanced Accounts Production, QUBE, & Cognos an
• Strong work ethic, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work independently
• Strong team player - helping team members with their workload when needed
• Ability to work within tight deadlines
• Attention to detail & accuracy
• Excellent communication skills

This is a 6 month contract position paying £350-£400 per day, with the opportunity of working for one of the markets leading real estate companies.
