A reputable asset management firm are currently looking for a Senior Accounts Payable to join their team! This exciting opportunity will have you solely responsible for the accounts payable function, giving you full autonomy of the role!

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the accounts payable function across all entities (including, inputting invoices into purchase ledger, assisting with payment run and sending out remittance advices to suppliers, processing and recording expense claims forms, preparing monthly AP reports for month-end reporting).
• Managing the process for all Payments (Foreign Currency, Payroll, Deferrals).
• Preparing and logging currency orders checking returned currency and expense reports, maintaining the tracking spreadsheet and ordering additional foreign currency.
• Posting all payments to Coda, managing Manual payment process for credit notes.
• Providing support to the entire corporate accounting team on an ad hoc basis.
• Monthly AMEX, Barclaycard posting.
• First point of contact for internal and external AP queries.

The right person for this role will be an experienced Accounts Payable with experience using concur.
