The successful candidate must have between 2-3 years experience working within a major fund administration provider. The principle duty of this position will be maintaining and overseeing the shareholder register and completing first level checks and reviews for all transfer agency tasks. Sucessful candidate will be first point of contact for all investors and clients. Other duties will include making payments to both investors and prime brokers, completing AML checks, supervising junior staff members, reconciliation of fund subscriptions and redemption accounts.

Successful candidate must have a strong background working within investor services or transfer agency team and a strong knowledge of transfer agency systems. Must have understanding of hedge fund structures and ability to work to tight deadlines.
