AUDIT/ACCOUNTS PREPARATION LEAD

Lovely opportunity for a Senior Auditor/Accountant to join a really friendly and close-knit team in a senior capacity which will offer you a genuine/long term career development path.

Reporting to one of the Company Directors, you'll be a true team player, and will be able to turn your hand to all aspects of audit/accounts preparation, with the ability to mentor more junior team members when required. You'll be responsible for the below on a daily basis, and will work on an autonomous basis so organisation is absolutely key:

• Leading audits from planning through to completion

• Managing a portfolio of circa 20 audits

• Visiting client sites and taking more junior members of the team when appropriate

• Managing a wide range of audit clients including leisure, manufacturing, services and construction

• Managing all aspects of accounts preparation for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies

• Advising clients in relation to financial/commercial strategy
