Co Sec Consultant - Dublin

Our client is a leading global boutique consultancy firm who consult to and within the Asset and Funds Management sector. Given Brexit and continuing movement of operations to the Irish market our client has seen and continues to see significant growth in their service level offering and global client and pipeline base.

As a consequence they are now keen to secure the services of an experienced Co-Sec.

Day to Day Responsibilities but not limited to the following:

  • Scheduling of board and general meetings
  • Drafting of meeting minutes
  • Collating board packs and distribution of these packs to directors in advance of meetings
  • Preparation of necessary documentation relating to the holding of general meetings including notices and proxy forms
  • Preparation and filing of Companies Registration Office (CRO) and Central Bank forms
  • Maintenance of company registers
  • Maintenance of compliance calendars

The successful candidate will have gained at least 5 plus years' experience coming from a Corporate Secretary background, ideally within a Financial Services context. An ICSA qualification would also be important however not a prerequisite as the firm will assist in this.
