A global media agency based in central London is seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst to join their commercial finance division.

The role will specialise in commercial analysis and client compliance. Responsibilities will include:

• Management of compliance and audits for a large portfolio of global clients across a wide spread of sectors
• Prepare and maintain planning documents and agreements
• Preparing financial reports and analysis for contract compliance purposes
• preparing analysis and source relevant information to enable eteam to best service global key clients
• Prepare analysis to support fee negotiations and client profitability
• Collection, consolidation and analysis to support Finance Directors' with key commercial decision making
• Additional ad-hoc analysis and project work

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with senior management and clients. You will have prior experience of working in a commercial role, preferably within the media, advertising world. Ideally you will have working knowledge of accounting standards, controls and SOX compliance and strong Excel skills are a must. This role would be best suited to someone who is at the final stages/ has obtain an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
