Are you a Qualified Accountant with commercial experience looking to progress into a more senior role with line management responsibilities? This global Consumer Goods/Manufacturing brand is looking for a Senior Commercial FP&A Analyst to manage a team of 2. The role will see you work closely, and partner, with various teams to deliver key commercial insight. With a strong reputation for developing Finance professionals, you will be encouraged to move across the function and enjoy a challenging and rewarding career with clear pathways for progression.

Role Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing monthly reporting packs on region results (P&L, variance analysis, capital spend analysis)
  • Provide monthly financial analysis and insight on the businesses financial performance
  • Deliver flash forecasts
  • Coordinate the regions budget process
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enable efficient coordination of reporting and forecasting

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACMA, or equivalent) with a solid accounting background and some commercial experience within FP&A. You should have experience of managing 1 direct report. You must have strong attention to detail and a proactive nature, providing solutions to issues rather than simply identifying them. Providing a clear and in-depth insight into the numbers is absolutely essential. Excellent communication skills are also vital.
