Information and Technology risk assurance and advisory services consultancy are in the search for an experienced information security and data protection consultant. This role will report directly to the Managing Director and will work the senior management of new and existing clients. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Information Security and Data Protection Consultant to join a rapidly expanding Information and Technology consultancy.

Responsibilities:

• As the Information Security and Data Protection Consultant you will take ownership of the planning and implementation of client projects, whilst ensuring every assignment is delivered in accordance with the clients IT and business strategy goals.
• Work closely with all relevant client managers throughout your assignment in order to provide feedback on the findings and overall progress of the assignment.
• Enhance existing client relationships as well as contribute to the annual revenue target by creating new relationships and thus new business for the company.
• Fill in as the client relationship manager and develop and review proposals for key clients.

Requirements:

• Over 10 years' experience within information security and data protection along with a minimum of 15 years overall IT experience.
• Expertise of information security and data protection with a broad understanding of several technology areas such as Data Privacy, Cyber Security, PCI-DSS, Business Continuity & Crisis Management, ISAE3402 / SSAE18, IT Third Party Management, IT Audit, IT Risk & Control Management.
• Demonstrable experience managing clients and senior stakeholders as well as leading projects across the information and data protection spectrum.
• Self-motivated leader with a passion for security and data privacy.
• Certifications Desirable - CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, FIP, ISEB, CISA, CISSP, CGEIT, CRISC
• Experience as : Data Protection Manager, DPO, Information Security Manager, CISO, Information Security Specialist, Information Security and Risk Manager, Data Privacy Specialist or similar.
