Senior Endur Analyst Developer - Canary Wharf

Global Energy company is looking for a Senior Endur Analyst Developer for an initial 6 month contract based in Canary Wharf.

The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of the principles of European gas and power trading from front to back across a wide variety of simple and complex instruments, understand how to configure and support Endur and have strong development skills.

The candidate must have a sound understanding of object oriented design principles, unit testing, and a good knowledge of both .Net and Java. The ideal candidate would have had significant exposure to the OpenComponents .Net and OpenJVS APIs. The candidate needs to be self-managing and have good domain and Endur technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Working with analysts in an agile environment to deliver all project outcomes
• Ensure code quality remains high and internal technical standards are followed
• Carry out code refactoring wherever needed
• Review of testing approach and materials to ensure business requirements are met
• Assist in resolution of production issues
• Mentoring to the wider team and contribution to extending the common libraries in use.
