Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the insurance accounting across nine European jurisdictions and for all reporting to parent companies, senior management and CBI.
You will assist in the production of monthly/quarterly/annual suite of reports for statutory and regulatory reporting. You will use MI and BI to assist management in identifying and resolving issues as well as play a large part in building reporting tools to add value to the reporting process.
Additionally the role will include the maintenance of the control environment and improving processes and procedures where necessary. You will support projects and liaise with senior management.
Ideally you will be a qualified accountant (or similar) and have experience of the insurance industry - exposure to Solvency IIwould be desirable.
